1. Ownership of Website Materials

2. Client and Event Materials

Conference logos, association logos, sponsor logos, faculty photographs, event brochures, scientific content, abstracts, e-posters, videos, presentation materials, trademarks and other client-provided assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Clients and organizers confirm that they have the required rights and permissions to share such materials with VDO Technologies for event-related use.

3. Permitted Use

Users may view, access and use website content for legitimate enquiry, registration, event participation, association communication, conference information and related professional purposes.

Event-specific downloadable materials may be used only for the purpose for which they are provided.

4. Restrictions

Users must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from VDO Technologies website content, software screens, workflows, layouts, code, dashboards or digital systems without written permission.

Registration portals, abstract systems, reviewer portals, e-poster systems, dashboards, badge printing flows, QR check-in systems, membership platforms and related software modules developed by VDO Technologies remain the intellectual property of VDO Technologies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Client access to such systems does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying source code, framework, database structure, workflow logic or reusable modules.

6. Design and Creative Files

Final creative files, banners, certificates, badges, brochures, website graphics or event visuals may be delivered as per the agreed project scope. Editable source files may be provided only when included in the commercial agreement or approved separately.

7. Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include third-party fonts, stock images, icons, plugins, APIs, libraries, video platforms, map services or payment integrations. Such assets are subject to the license terms of the respective third-party providers.

8. Event and Delegate Data

Event data, delegate data, abstract data and registration records may belong to the respective event organizer, association or institution, subject to the applicable contract, privacy policy and lawful processing requirements.

9. Trademarks

VDO Technologies, Show Ease Technologies LLP and related marks, names, designs or service identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests unauthorized association, endorsement, partnership or ownership.
